Pwo you want glucose bases sugars to replenish glycogen stores, fructose doesn't stimulate insulin at all and takes away from the desired effects of pwo sugars. Also Gatorade is generally rubbish, replace this with dextrose in your shake.
As for not gaining, how are you cycling your training, if you aren't using some form ad periodisation for your programming then this will mean no progress.
Drop the weights down and set up a cycle to hit a new max, use any template you can find, strong lifts, 5/3/1, juggernaut, starting strength etc.
I also think you may need a little more volume in your assistance work, son higher reps, some more sets.
