Jesus, I feel so drained, and I have 3more sessions before me - 2x MMA and one at gym.
buidling up FATS does not help :[ Any ideas?
I have my CN on saturdays.

Hi!
Here's my training, but I want to slightly modify it to improve my chest, cause it sucks in every way.
Main goal is strenght, but I do not own that much amount of muscle, so good if some would slip in :D

A:
front squats with pause 3x5
snatch pull 3x5
bench press 3x5
BB row 3x8-6-6
pullups 3x max
bicep

B:
Power clean 5x3
push press 3x5
squats 3x5
Deadlift 3x5
DB incline press 12-8-3
tricep on flat bench 8-6-6
bodyweight skullcrushers
dips 3x max


Don't worry about the volume, let's just say I can handle it.

There is actually a rule 1:1 protein to fat ratio. So if you wanna weigh 160 have 160 g of protein and fat

I know that, man, but kiefer said to eat for total body weight, and we'll be loosing fat - not going to happen, sorry.

I took a photo of progres...
The rule "do not count calories" is super-ineffective in low(er) bf%...
Last two weeks were total waste of food, I am frustrated and pissed off. I will take a photo in a week and in two weeks, except from tommorow I AM counting calories. Somebody wanna bet I will get 5x better results [well... not really 5x cause 5x0=0, but still^^]?

Guys, this is not to bash you! Beeing e.g. 20%individual it's hard to overeat on CN, but on 12-11ish it's super-easy especially with the delicious coffe w/ HWC.

Anyway - Today's my carbnite and see you in a week.

Cory, most of the candies has just list of ingredients, not really giving amounts.
Gummy bears "glucose syrup, sugar..." so hard to judge what is base.
