I'd love to be part of that 5/3/1 vs. Kiefer protocol contest btw! I'd be down for Kiefer's protocol because I've tried 5/3/1 in the past with ok results, but it didn't help my bench at all :( Plus, bench has always been my worst movement so it would be awesome to actually see progress with it.

It's not an insult, just a statement of fact.  I know, the word is tinged with negative connotation, but Kiefer uses it very academically.

Kiefer totally sprung that challenge on me, now I gotta manage it.  Maybe we can get Draugluir to handle it... :)

I realize, but I also thought it was worth explaining for "the viewers at home".  I cringe slightly when I hear Kiefer say "ignorant", because I know SOMEONE will take it the wrong way.
