Hello everyone,

My name is Braden I am 19 years old and attend the University of Pittsburgh. I currently weigh 185 and plan to compete at somepoint. My current stats: Bench: 300(senior year) but now 245 for 4 sets of 6. Squat: 325 for 3 and Deadlift 455...Although, all of these stats are on my last set so I have no idea my max. I found out about carb back loading and just started last week and can already notice a huge difference in energy.

Welcome man! What do you want to compete in? ^^
What doesn't kill you only makes you horribly disfigured.

I would like to compete in power lifting primarily, but I think any type of competition that deals with lifting or figure would be nice from the motivation standpoint.

Welcome to the forum.  CBL is the best diet out there.  But since you go to Pitt, don't expect any help from me (haha jk I'm a PSU grad  :P).
