I bought the book yes and learned that i have been doing several things wrong the last week and a half. Last night i ate 90 more grams of carbs. This morning i woke up with considerably more glyco in the muscels, abs were not defined and i'm thinking gluten. I had no carbs today other than what was int he heavy cream in my coffee and the little stevia that was in half of my normal serving of whey isolate. Previously i had been eating nuts, almonds etc and never realized how much sugar was in there. I only ate greens and bacon and sausage and one egg. I had so much more energy compared to yesterday when i was falling asleep at my desk all day and was weak and completely flat at the gym.
Today i got huge pumps and felt awesomely strong. It was a completely new time for my workout too as i usually always go at 1:00 in the afternoon. A whole new crowd at night with a lot more big ripped dudes (and gals)and i was feeling great and hanging right in there. Closest i have felt to Hulk factor in a long time.
man i just wish i could get on the damm VIP forum. I have the book but bought with a different email than what i registered here with -what a hassle!
