Is this heavy whipping cream?

    Yep. 🙂Not sure where you are from but I know in the UK they call it Double Cream or something similar to that.

    UHT Milk Technology. Shelf safe milk is what the industry calls UHT or Ultra High Temperature, meaning that the milk has been pasteurized at a higher temperature, but for a shorter time, to preserve taste and nutrition.So yes, that is Heavy Cream that's been pasteurized. I was curious about the UHT, lol.

    I get mines from trader joes.. 6g of fat instead of 5g.Also, if there's an arabian market place around you, check it out. They sell something called Yogurt Drink, which has 10g of fat per cup with 2g of sugar. it's fantastically delicious. Most arabian places have it from what I've seen.

    I don't know if it's technically heavy cream, but it's good enough.
