Thats awesome Tex!

I too am coming from a total OCD, bro-science driven, crash-dieting, over-training past. I hit an all time low of 140 lbs my senior year of high school, sporting a shredded six pack and arms that wouldn't even make a 10-year old girl jealous, and then went hopping from diet to diet since then (LG, paleo, ESE, etc.) going through all shapes and sizes. That is until I finally started reading Kiefer's work and buying CNS.

I too am so happy that I found a diet that doesn't focus on depriving yourself as the only means of success. I'm still new to all of this CNS, CBL'ing stuff, but I'm confidant with this community I'll get it to work!

Oh and I'm constantly hitting PR's on CNS (335x5 on DL 2 days ago  ;D)

WTG Tex!  Your dedication is a great inspiration to the rest of us.
