The Youth Sport Trust has sought to find ways to ensure that physical education (PE), sport and physical activity are relevant and motivating for girls throughout our history. Our company is currently focused on assisting schools realize exactly exactly what motivates girls to participate, allowing instructor to work alongside girls – through consultation and leadership – to help make the necessary modifications for their PE, sport and activity provision that is physical.
