    Yes, but it does depend on what it is cut with, and the amount you're going to use.

    I looked at the box it said it has maltodextrin and Sucralose but it was a pretty small amount I used not even a tablespoon

    How much splenda is too much? Kiefer claims to put 12 in his coffee..

    It's to much when you notice you begin to stall.If you are using 12 splenda, you may want to start counting up some carbs. I think each pack has like, .5 carbs per.

    I was just curious since I heard that he uses 12 in one coffee, that seems ridiculously sweet. haha

    One thing I would look at is getting the bulk bag not the packets.  I heard keifer say in a podcast that the packets come with fillers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    So does the bulk bag. You'd have to get the liquid to avoid it.
