Prep Phase mistake

    Hello all. I did 6 days on no carb prep phase unfortunately day 7 made a mistake at  an event and screwed it up by eating a lot of carbs.My question is do i have to do the 9 day prep phase again or just low carb week and then carbnite. I'm pretty lean, male 5'8"170lbs. Any suggestions and responses are much appreciated.

    If you're pretty lean, don't worry about it. Just pretend that was your CN, go ULC until your next one that you had planned.
