    I believe that the tabata protocol was 30minutes of medium intensity cycling and then the 4minutes of 20/10 intervals. And the subject of the study was vo2 max not fat loss.

    I like his conjecture how he compares resistance training and aerobic training. It’s logical enough. But the real question I care about is, will longer aerobic intervals help fat loss?
