Over the past 3 days, several of our support email addresses took an unexpected nosedive — which means that many of your messages didn’t get through to us. We must extend our deepest apologies to anyone who tried to reach us through certain addresses (including the one connected to our Contact form!).
What happened? Apparently Go Daddy decided that some of the email addresses we had set up with them should no longer exist. So, without a word, they disappeared. Not all of our emails, mind you, just a crucial handful we use for support questions, as posted on carbnite.com, carbbackloading.com, and dangerouslyhardcore.com.
At this point, these addresses are back up and running, so if you got a “bounce” when you tried to email us, please do try again. You’ll get through!
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the interruption in email service, and those involved have all been sacked. Well, planning to be sacked, as we will be moving all of our domains and email addresses off Go Daddy as soon as possible. No offense to any Go Daddy employees that may be reading this, but dudes, that was not the first time we’ve lost some form of connectivity due to a glitch, and your company needs to be better than that.
In better news, I’m halfway through editing the podcast of the first episode of BIOJACKED, the radio show that Kiefer and I just start doing over at Mutiny Radio here in San Francisco. I’ll try and get it edited and posted later tonight after the gym! It’s long and interesting, you guys will love it.
