Hi everybody. This is Kiefer from with another Tubecast.

And today, it’s the second part of the Gender Wars. Well, third part – no matter how you look at it. Today, I was going to talk about another part on women that I think is unbelievably sexy that’s amazingly ignored especially if you ever watch figure competitions. Usually, you can see girls get up on figure competitions and they look somewhat emaciated and you can see their ribs which, to me is incredibly unattractive. That means they just starved themselves and somebody gave them enough drugs to look good while they are starved to death. But what I like to see is good muscular development over the ribs – The Serratus Muscles. And you can see it makes a very big difference in the aesthetic and appeal of the feminine physique, especially from the front.

So, I’m going to give you two exercises that are both very simple that can help you to build up that serratus muscle and give you a nice sexy shape. They are over the ribcage and the obliques so you don’t look like you’re just starved out for weeks on end when you do lean down.

The first is The Landmine. Notice that the way that it’s done as she moves from side to side, her hips stay stable. Your hips should not move as the barbell goes side to side. Your hips should stay almost stable. One of the main purposes of your whole abdominal section, obliques… everything. Your stabilizers – is to stabilize and prevent you from moving. So if you really want to activate those, you want to fight against the motion.

The second exercise are Wood Chops. And notice… You’ll see this done a lot of different ways. But notice in this example, when she chops, it’s like she is actually chopping wood. She will actually hyper-extend her torso and push down through the movement. This helps to shape up the obliques, the serratus, builds that entire abdomen section and gives her a nice, very sexy ab wall on the female body.

Alright, so that’s my two tips for building a nice sexy physique on females and some muscle that I love and I think just really complements the female shape. Alright, that’s another Tubecast. I’m out.
