Welcome to the New DH!

There’s something different about Dangerously Hardcore. Sure, the colors have changed, the logo looks professional, and there’s a hot chick on the right side of the screen, but there’s more.

I’ve decided that enough people ask questions to start a forum. Several practitioners of my advice come through often and can offer some guiding advice and where better than a forum. For the tougher questions, I’ll jump in when I can.

I also want something. Actually, if you’re going to get anything at all out of this blog, I think you owe me. Donations? No. Buying stuff? No. I want more. First, let me tell you what I have to offer.

I won’t mind if you send me after photos like this.

I’ve been working on a new training routine designed for maximum size, even while on low-carb diets. It’s still in its infancy, but there’s solid research behind it and about a dozen people now are getting tremendous results and spend only half the time they used to in the gym. I get I-love-this-program emails weekly and now it’s time to get something back.

I want pictures. I want a before shot and an after shot…sloppy to sexy or bulbous to buff, from the women and men respectively. In exchange, I’ll write up the details of the program here. Don’t ask for the research, that’s going in the book when I get it written. You’ll get the plan, and that’s it.

What’s the plan? It’s a comprehensive and integrated diet and training plan. Of course, it won’t be as much detail as the book, but it’ll be enough for you to experience unexpected gains in size or fat loss while maintaining your muscle. This is advanced stuff…and all I want is for those of you who try it to send me before and after shots. That’s it.
